This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information in three ways.

• Information you give us. When you request an assessment or ask us to scope an engagement, we collect your name, work email, company name, store URL, and the details you provide about your platform, catalog and revenue band. When you contact us or ask about a partnership, we collect your name, email and company, and we keep the correspondence.
• Information collected automatically. Browser type and version, pages visited and time spent, referring URLs, and general location at the country or region level, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
• Information about your store. If you engage us for an audit, we review publicly available information about your store and how AI assistants describe it. Access to non-public systems is governed by the engagement agreement, not this policy.

• To respond to your inquiries and scope and deliver the services you request.
• To analyze site traffic and improve how the site performs.
• To maintain the security and functionality of the site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to understand how the site is used and to keep it working. We may use third-party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, which set their own cookies and process usage data under their own policies.

Analytics data is kept in aggregate form and does not identify you.

• Ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing social@reknew.ai.
• Disable cookies in your browser.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will honor them as the law requires.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The site links to other websites, including protocol documentation, platforms and our parent company. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the “last updated” date at the top of the page will change accordingly.
